Define the row
Each procurement row should contain a product name, content or concentration, controlled SKU when available, quantity and destination. Ambiguous rows stay outside the quotation set until resolved.
Prevent identifier drift
Do not allow a presentation change to retain the same informal label without recording the new content, pack or SKU. This is a common source of comparison error.
Bind evidence after identity
Only after the requested configuration is defined should the reviewer ask which records apply to that material or lot.
